Maintenance Planner

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) provides a comprehensive portfolio of technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry. Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage resources, contractors, materials, and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across departments and teams.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments required.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance or facilities experience within a regulated industry.
• Experience working with CMMS systems.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with CMMS, resource planning, OSHA standards, and cGMP requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Frequent interaction with maintenance teams, contractors, and supervisors.
• Ability to work throughout the facility while adhering to all safety and quality standards.
