Plumber
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and analyze situations identifying root causes and providing resolutions
- Execute preventive maintenance activities on any plumbing associated equipment or system
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to identify all plumbing associated pipe runs, drainage systems, and materials
- Install, repair and modify pipes and fixture, for existing utilities (i.e. water gas, steam, air, etc.)
- Identify materials and required tools for jobs evaluation and execution.
- Document executed activities in a clear and detailed manner to comply with the computerized maintenance management system
- Collaborate with contractors and co-workers in any plumbing associated activity
- Identify opportunities proactively to improve or correct equipment performance
- Follow health and safety standards complying with Massachusetts building codes and regulation
- High School diploma or GED and diploma/certification in plumbing from a technical college.
- State Board of Examiners Plumbing License or state/local government plumbing license.
Regular Benefits:
