Lead Technician

Responsibilities:

• Lead Technicians – Manufacturing Support Team Leadership (Across all Shifts)
• Expected to have hands-on knowledge in Instrumentation / Mechanical disciplines ensuring Operational Uptime in Manufacturing (Purification and Fermentation) Areas
• Ensures EHS and Quality Compliance Oversight of Technicians during his / her Shift (Team of three Resources)
• Leads Shift Change and is responsible for KPI reporting and compliance with GMARS Work Order Process
• Models a Customer-Oriented behavior.
• Manages technical issues/problems appropriately, escalates timely as needed.

• AD in Technical Field BS in Technical Field (Preferred) 
• 5-10 years' experience in Utilities Regulated Environment
